2 cups (240g) roasted hazelnuts
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
4 tbsp. maple syrup
¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. coconut oil
½ cup (120ml) hazelnut milk
(or almond milk)
Method
Instructions:
- Place the roasted hazelnuts in a high-speed blender and blend on high until ground to tiny pieces.
- Add in the remaining ingredients to the blender and blitz again until smooth.
- You will need to scrape down the edges a few times during this process. Add in additional nut milk if required, to reach a butter-like.
